Sarah Palin talked about the torture techniques that she would impose on terrorists if she were president during a National Rifle Association (NRA) rally over the weekend.

Speaking at the NRA's "Stand And Fight" rally at Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis on Saturday, the former Alaska governor criticized the Obama administration for implementing counterterrorism policies that "coddle adversaries," Huffington Post reported.

"Come on. Enemies, who would utterly annihilate America, they who'd obviously have information on plots, to carry out jihad. Oh, but you can't offend them, can't make them feel uncomfortable, not even a smidgen," the 2008 GOP vice presidential candidate said.

She then declared what she would do to terrorist as an elected official.

"Well, if I were in charge, they would know that waterboarding is how we'd baptize terrorists."

Much of Palin's speech focused on Second Amendment rights, which she said liberals are "attacking." She added that creating gun-free zones in schools and other public buildings is "stupid on steroids."

"Maybe our kids could be defended against criminals on the spot if more Mama Grizzlies carried," she said. "And [the] Obama administration wants you ID'd for that? Well, then go ahead and carry a sign too. A sign that says, 'Yeah, I carry a gun because a cop is too heavy.'"

Palin went on to tell the crowd that Sen. Al Franken and Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid "are not satisfied with just taking your money and your job and your truck and your property and your rights and your healthcare. Those Democrats trying to get all 'Pelosi' on ya, and you're not gonna have it!" she said, referring to House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi, according to CNN.
