Christina Milian has been cast to star in Fox's "Rocky Horror Picture Show" later this fall.

According to Variety, Milian will play Magenta, joining a cast that already includes Laverne Cox, Victoria Justice, Ryan McCartan, Adam Lambert, Reeve Carney, Staz Nair, Annaleigh Ashford and franchise veteran Tim Curry, who serves as narrator.

Milian also currently stars in the Fox series "Grandfathered," as well as her E! Network reality-show "Christina Milian Turned Up."

The Fox "Rocky Horror Picture Show" version is a remake of the cult classic film, which still reigns as the longest-running release in film history. The latest plot centers on sweethearts Janet (Justice) and Brad (McCartan), as they stumble upon the mysterious home of Dr. Frank-N-Furter's (Cox).

Meanwhile, Magenta serves as the castle's obedient maid who, along with her brother Riff Raff, plots a secret plan to return to their native planet of Transsexual. In the original, 1975 stage production of the film, the role of Magenta was played by Patricia Quinn.

In addition to starring on "Grandfathered," Milian has also appeared in such productions as "Be Cool," and "Love Don't Cost a Thing."

The Grammy-nominated recording artist is also still signed to former boyfriend Lil Wayne's Young Money/Cash Money/Universal label. In the past, she has also served as a social media correspondent on "The Voice," and was a star contestant on Season 17 of "Dancing with the Stars."

According to All Hip Hop, the 34-year-old Milian recently told the Allegedly with Theo Von & Matthew Cole Weiss radio show that although she still has feelings for her hip hop star ex she's now convinced he may need several wives in order to settle down.

"I don't know, I don't know," she said. "The part of me believed it and thought that it was possible, just by the person that I had. But I think honestly for what I want in my life...I don't know, he'd have to find someone that would like that. And I don't think, I don't know, he might have to have multiple wives. I don't know if he'll ever have a wife, he's got women everywhere."
