Ever wonder how Jennifer Lopez became such an ageless wonder?

The "Jenny From The Block" singer graciously shared with People magazine that her beauty all starts with making certain she gets the proper amount of rest and sleep.

"I try to always get as much sleep as I can so that I can start the day well rested and do my morning meditation and affirmations," she said, adding that the exercise regimen that religiously greets her each morning entails plenty of sweat and sacrifice.

Lopez revealed her regular routine includes light weightlifting for her arms and an assortment of moves that largely zero in on her butt and thighs.

"It's no secret that I love dancing, so it doesn't feel like exercise to me," she said of the freestyle dance routine designed by Tracy Anderson that she completes five times a week. But that's just a warmup for the "If You Had My Love" singer.

"I also do circuit training with David Kirsch when I'm in New York," she added. "We do hour-long circuits at least three times a week. Its full-body training - so planks, push-ups, boxing - really everything. It's all about changing it up and keeping your body guessing."

As for her flawless skin, the L'Oréal Paris spokeswoman added she loves glycolic acid to get a healthy glow and clear skin.

"I never go to bed without taking my makeup off, [and I use] night creams to keep my skin hydrated," she said.

Lopez's "All I Have" Las Vegas residency tour is already playing to rave reviews, described as "tailor-made" for the glitz and glamour of The Strip.

She has also contributed Billboard 100 hits like "I'm Real" and "My Love Don't Cost a Thing," "Waiting For Tonight," and "Got a Lot o' Livin' to Do," a regular staple of her shows.
