"Castle" Season 8 episode 10 will continue to provide more of the Kate/Richard dynamic that everyone knows and loves. While the episode will focus more on Richard's appearance, it will examine the relationship that the two would have rekindled in the previous episode, complete with setting up fake stories on being cheated on while engaging in daliances when no one's looking.

The episode entitled "Witness for Prosecution," according to Spoiler TV would highlight Richard's court appearance as he took the witness stand for a murder which took place 5 months ago. Though the crime happened a few months back, new details in regards to the case, Richard and Kate went on a race against time to prevent the injustice that will soon take place if ever an error in judgment would take place.

During an interview with Entertainment Weekly, Alexi Hawley, one of the show runners dished out some details on what fans could expect from the future episodes for "Castle's" season 8.

Hawley told EW, "They're back together, but they're keeping it a secret, they're fighting in public and romancing in private, which adds a little spark to their relationship."

With Hawley's big reveal, fans should expect more of Kate and Richard's bickering fights and hidden passionate romances all throughout the rest of the season. One scene gives tribute to that when the two apparently wish to out-compete each other with their respective new love interests, with Richard going on about his new model ladylove Svetlana and Kate responding with a certain "Dr. Livingstone," as reported by TV Line.

The episode would also introduce three guest characters namely Lassie DePavia, Tuc Watkins and Darlene Vogel.

Spoiler TV then released a series of photos giving fans a sneak preview as to what could possible take place on the upcoming episode.

In one of the photos, Kate can be seen agitated as she attacked a man with her hands with a frustrating look on her face. While Rick, Kate, Ryan and Esposito on the other hand looked serious as they seem to be discussing their tasks.

The photos revealed some of the witnesses that are said to be involved in the murder, which were: the other musical group members, a father and daughter duo and some unknown faces.

"Castle" Season 8 Episode 10 entitled "Witness for Prosecution" will premiere on a special time slot on February 14, Sunday. The next episode entitled "Dead Red" will then premiere on the show's regular broadcast which is February 15, Monday.
