New rumors suggest that Demi Lovato and longtime boyfriend Wilmer Valderrama are engaged. However, the Latina singer is quick to clear the reports.

On Valentine's Day, Lovato and Valderrama spent the day together. In fact, they captured a photo of their outfits before they headed to a romantic dinner.

What stirred the fans was a teasing photo Lovato posted on her Instagram, where Valderrama held her hands that rocks a new, huge, diamond ring, Latina reported.

The "Heart Attack" singer captioned it with "You are my world, my life, my best friend, my love and my purpose. I love you so much Wilmer... "

Per Daily Mail Online, the "Girls in Trouble" star also shared the said pic on his account and commented, "We date night all the time.. But, tonight is about celebrating the lady I love.. Proud of us, and blessed with our friendship. I love you my Demi. #HappyValentinesDay"

Fans are quick to speculate that the "Really Don't Care" singer is already engaged to Valderrama. However, to many's disappointment, the couple is still not bound to getting married anytime soon.

Lovato denied the engagement rumors again. She added in her caption, "y'all are crazy btw... That is my RIGHT hand and my MIDDLE finger I am NOT engaged."

Earlier this week, Lovato told Ellen that, while she isn't engaged to the "Una Hora Por Favora" star just yet, she wouldn't mind being.

"I don't see a ring. I wouldn't mind if I saw one!" the "Let it Go" singer said. Lovato is confident with her relationship with Valderrama. "There's a time for everything. We've been together this long, so I'm not going anywhere, and vice versa," she explained.

Lovato and Valderrama are going six years together. They are good friends prior to being romantically involved with each other. Their 12-year age difference is something that they first dealt with.

"He had some hesitations [initially]," Lovato admitted, Entertainment Tonight reported. "Once I got older, we could be together. He's my best friend."

Last year, there were also rumors about the Lovato-Valderrama engagement when they posted sweet messages towards each other on their social media account.

According to USA Today, Lovato admitted her addiction where she couldn't go on "30 minutes without cocaine" when she was 19. The singer went into rehab in 2010.

She marked her three years of sobriety with a heartfelt message to the love of her life.

"He's loved me the way I never thought I deserved to be loved and with this day marking my 3rd year sober... After sharing my ups, putting up with my downs and supporting my recovery... he still never takes credit and I want the world to know how incredible his soul is. I really wouldn't be alive today without him. I love you Wilmer," she wrote.
