She is all ready for spring cleaning -- Gwyneth Paltrow announces the second annual Goop closet sale on Thursday (May 1).

The 41-year-old actress has enlisted some of her A-list celebrity pals, who are certainly known for their amazing personal style, for donations. The "super-classy yard sale" will feature an impressive collection of clothes and accessories from Beyoncé, Miranda Kerr, Nicole Richie, Kate Hudson and other fashion icons including herself.

For instance, Beyoncé donated a pair of custom-made boots she wore at her latest tour, Kerr gave a handful of dresses and tops, Richie handed over two pairs of Christian Louboutin heels, while Kate Hudson gave a Balenciaga dress.

The price at the upscale sale will range from $95 to $2,500 and the proceeds will go towards the charity of DonorsChoose, an organization started by Charles Best, a former Bronx public school teacher who "saw an overwhelming need in his classroom for the most basic necessities and found himself repeatedly dipping into his own pocket to buy supplies and fund field trips." The profit will be used for "funding the direct requests of teachers in the most high-need schools for their classrooms."

The designer closet sale is scheduled to take place at pop-up store Goop in Brentwood, Los Angeles, from May 5-11.

The announcement came from Paltrow's lifestyle blog, Goop.com -- the same website that announced her recent "conscious uncoupling" from her husband of 10 years, Chris Martin.

"It is with heart full of sadness that we have decided to separate," the couple wrote. "We have been working hard for well over a year, some of it together, some of it separated, to see what might have been possible between us, and we have come to the conclusion that while we love each other very much, we will remain separate.

"We are, however, and always will be a family, and in many ways we are closer than we have ever been," they added. "We are parents first and foremost, to two incredibly wonderful children and we ask for their and our space and privacy to be respected at this difficult time. We have always conducted our relationship privately, and we hope that as we consciously uncouple and co-parent, we will be able to continue in the same manner. Love, Gwyneth & Chris."
