The road to "WrestleMania" continued in Cincinnati, Ohio, on Tuesday night for "SmackDown's" latest taping, set to air March 17.

Roman Reigns Opens Show

Roman Reigns started the show with an in-ring promo. He talked about his attack on WWE World Heavyweight Champion Triple H during "Monday Night Raw," which left the champion bloodied and requiring stitches.

Reigns' promo focused on his match against Triple H at "WrestleMania" and was his only appearance during the taping.

Building the "WrestleMania" Card

After a backstage segment with AJ Styles and Kevin Owens, setting up their main event match later in the show, another promo was shown featuring Dean Ambrose traveling around Cincinnati.

Back in the ring, Bubba Ray Dudley defeated Goldust. D-Von Dudley gave an assist and attacked Goldust after the match until R-Truth made the save.

The Usos also appeared. The tag team is scheduled for a match against The Dudley Boyz at "WrestleMania," although perhaps the match will change following the appearances by Goldust and R-Truth.

Earlier in the day, Michael Cole interviewed United States Champion Kalisto, and the latter accepted Ryback's "WrestleMania" challenge.

The divas were next with WWE Divas Champion Charlotte having her "Face to Face to Face" with Becky Lynch and Sasha Banks. Lynch appeared first and told Charlotte she would leave "WrestleMania" as the new Divas Champion. Banks then appeared and a fight broke out, only ending when Charlotte managed to escape.

The next in-ring promo came from WWE Tag Team Champions The New Day, who accepted The League of Nations' challenge for a "WrestleMania" match. Kofi Kingston then had a match against King Barrett. Although Barrett took the loss, both teams fought at ringside.

More Ambrose

After more footage of Ambrose traveling in Cincinnati, the show continued with The Social Outcasts in the ring. Ambrose then appeared and attacked all Outcast members. He then spoke about his "WrestleMania" match against Brock Lesnar, who will reportedly appear at the next "SmackDown" show, which will tape from Boston.

Main Event

AJ Styles fought Owens in a non-title match. Despite teasing a Styles Clash, it was Owens who defeated Styles after Chris Jericho provided a distraction. After the match, Jericho attacked Styles, and the show ended.

"WWE SmackDown" airs weekly on Thursdays on the USA Network at 8 p.m. ET.
