Scott Disick's new, rumored 20-year-old girlfriend is now living with him at his California estate.

All indications are Disick and Christine Burke are on the fast track in their month-old relationship, leaving Kourtney Kardashian, the mother of his three young children, to pick up the pieces as best she can.

"Christine has moved into Scott's home," said a source. "She only ever goes to her home to pick up clothes. She spends a lot of time sleeping in and wearing Scott's pajamas and sweatpants."

Burke Rumored to Love Party Scene

Word is Burke has a reputation for loving the party scene, which may not be conducive to Disick's attempts to stay clean and sober after a recent stint in a rehab treatment facility.

"She has her friends over to party and hang out in the Jacuzzi, and some of them are only 17," a source added. "Having Christine at his house has in no way slowed Scott's partying."

Disick's reported new relationship also comes not long after rumors were swirling that he and the 36-year-old Kardashian were considering giving it another try.

More recently, some media outlets have reported Kardashian is now embroiled in her own drama-filled world and is feuding with Selena Gomez over Justin Bieber.

The 22-year-old Bieber is rumored to have promised Gomez that he plans to end things with Kardashian, but as of yet has not held up to his vow.

"She sees Kourtney as a threat, but she and Justin have so much history between them," a source said of Gomez. "Selena knows that Justin will always pick her in the end."

Disick, Kardashian now on Family Vacation Together

Meanwhile, People magazine reports Disick and Kardashian are now in Vail, Colorado, on a family vacation with at least two of their three young children.

Sister Kim Kardashian, husband Kanye West and their two-year-old daughter, North, have also been spotted on the area's snowy slopes.
