Oops, she did it again.

Pop star Britney Spears is being sued by one of her dancers for breaking their nose.

So how did this all go down?

Well, according to the lawsuit filed on Monday by dancer Dawn Noel, Spears hired Noel and a few other dancers to perform in her music video for her song "Work B*ch."

On Aug. 19, 2013, Spears showed up to the rehearsal studio several hours after the dancers had all already perfected their dance moves. The lawsuit claims that during the time of the rehearsal, Spears appeared, "disheveled and confused."

As the dancers began teaching Spears the choreography, she reportedly "twirled while unbalanced, extending her hands and smacked Dawn right in her face," TMZ quoted the lawsuit.

Ouch.

In the lawsuit, Noel claims that the "smack" was so forceful that everyone in the rehearsal space heard a "cracking sound" immediately after Noel was hit.

What was Spears' response?

Apparently, 32-year-old Britney Spears responded with an "I'm sorry" and continued to rehearse.

Dawn tried to hang in there but she claims that after a half hour of struggling to dance, she could no longer bare the pain and was rushed to the hospital where she was told that she would need to undergo surgery for what resulted in a nasal bone fracture.

According to E! News, Noel is now demanding a jury trail and suing Spears for not standing by her original promise to pay for Noel's medical bills.

Noel claims that while she was in the hospital, she was assured by Spears' reps and the Reign Deer Entertainment company that her medical bills would be paid for, however that never happened.

Noel is suing for serious physical and emotional damages including disfigurement to her nose, as well as severe emotional distress and anxiety.
