It's the beginning of June and audiences will likely be looking forward to new movies being released. But for those not interested in going to the movies, Netflix has a some great options that it's are adding to the streaming service.

1. "Jurassic Park Trilogy":

One of the most lucrative franchises is coming to Netflix and for those that have never seen the originals, this is a great chance to watch these films. While the third installment has never been anyone's favorite, "The Lost World" and the original film are considered classics. Film starts streaming on June 1.

2. "Spotlight":

While it may not be considered the best film to have won the Best Picture at the Academy Awards, Thomas McCarthy's film is still worth a shot. The film contains wonderful performances from its lead actors Michael Keaton, Mark Ruffalo and Rachel McAdams. Nominated for six Oscars, the film went home with two this past February including the coveted Best Picture. The film begins streaming on June 22.

3. "The Fundamentals of Caring":

Netflix picked up the film at the Sundance Film festival, where it received rave reviews and also closed the festival. The movie stars Paul Rudd and Selena Gomez and marks yet another Netflix original movie that goes straight to the streaming service without a theatrical run. Directed by Rob Burnett, the film begins streaming on June 24.

4. "Meadowland":

Olivia Wilde gives an astonishing performance in Reed Morano's directorial debut. Nominated for Best cinematography at the Indie Spirit Awards, this small Indie was one of the breakout hits at the Tribeca Film Festival. "Meadowland" also stars John Leguizamo and Luke Wilson. The film begins streaming on June 1.

5. "J.Edgar":

Before Leonardo DiCaprio won the Oscar, he starred in Clint Eastwood's biopic that scored him a Golden Globe and SAG nomination. While it scored mixed reviews, DiCaprio's committed performance scored raves and was the highlight of the film. The film also stars Naomi Watts, Armie Hammer and Judi Dench and begins streaming on June 1.
