A man in China was on a computer at an Internet Cafe when all of a sudden he was electrocuted and it was caught on video.

In the shocking video, the man can be seen jumping from the initial shock and then sliding down in his chair. After that he doesn't move anymore.

What shocks most people when watching the video is the fact that only two people react and attempt to help, even in the slightest way.

Most people at the cafe continue to surf the web and stare at their computers, despite the sparks that were created when the man was electrocuted.

The identity of the man, who unfortunately passed away, is still unknown. By the time any help came it was too late.
