Latino Stars Celebrate Mother's Day: See How Maite Perroni, William Levy and Sebastián Rulli Appreciate Their Moms
With Mother's Day happening in less than 24 hours, we're looking at the sweet (and sometimes funny) ways Latino stars celebrate their own and others' mothers.
For Sebastian Rulli, a fan club posted a picture of him as a toddler being held by his mother. The fan club said, "Many congratulations to your MOM, our affection always!!! And wishing her the best... kisses." Rulli must have loved the image and the message because he retweeted it and said, "My mother." He included the heart-eyed emojis.
Melissa Barrera constantly shares pictures of her Mom on Instagram, and they are so sweet. One picture is captioned, "With my two loves: my gorgeous boyfriend and my precious mommy." Barrera's Mom looks just as glam as her daughter in the 2012 snap.
For Mother's Day in 2013, Cristian Castro shared a throwback picture. He said, "More than being your son, I'm your great admirer." The old snap also features Minnie Mouse.
Barbara de Regil shared a picture with her grandmother and posted the sweetest message. "I want the whole world to know that you are queen of my heart!!!!!!"
Maite Perroni also celebrated her grandmother. She said, "The love of my loves.... Grandma." The Instagram snap features her grandmother in a polka dot dress and pearls.
William Levy went the comical route. He shared a picture of what his sister drew for her son. "This is a drawing that my sister drew for one of my nephews for his homework. It's certainly is a lion hahahahaa..." It may not be a good drawing, but it's proof that mothers will do whatever they can to help their children.
Danna Paola went for an older picture of herself and her grandparents. She said, "The two most marvelous people in the world!! My grandparents. Love you!"
Henry Santos also chose to celebrate both a man and a woman: his parents. He posted a picture of their wedding day. "The journey wasn't a fairy tale. The fights were catastrophic, but the promise that they made each other, kept them together. Today I have the luck of enjoying a family that's less than perfect, but united and very, very happy."
Martina Stoessel is crazy about her parents. The teenager constantly shares pictures of the two making funny faces by her side. In one picture, she poses with her Mom, and she says, "I love you beautiful mom."
