Barcelona vs. Sevilla Spanish Super Cup Second Leg Live Stream, Preview, Predictions As Messi & Suarez Look to Finish the Job
Barcelona and Sevilla face off in the second leg of the Spanish Super Cup.
The opener of the competition was supposed to showcase Sevilla at its finest. But the home side simply lacked the ability to contend with Barcelona's best as Luis Suarez scored the opening goal and Munir El Haddadi finished the job with a nice finish off a Lionel Messi play.
Sevilla now has the hardest job imaginable - going to the Camp Nou and scoring three goals to win. Sevilla has struggled with Barcelona in recent years, losing the Copa Del Rey final a few months back and also losing the Euro Super Cup last year in extra time by the score of 5-4. This year the team lost 3-2 to Real Madrid and looks likely to lose yet another trophy to kick start the season.
Prediction
Barcelona is in the driver's seat and should have no trouble finishing the job at home. Look for a 3-1 win for Blaugrana to end up with a 5-1 aggregate victory in the Spanish Super Cup.
Start Time
The game between Barcelona and Sevilla kicks off at 3 p.m. on Wednesday.
