Usain Bolt 200m, 4x100m Relay Final Race Time & Schedule at Rio 2016: Standings Through Semifinals and the Event Predictions & Odds
Usain Bolt, the world’s fastest man, is shooting for his next win at the Rio 2016 Olympics. His next scheduled race is the men’s 4x100m relay, today, Thurs. August 18 at 10:40 a.m. ET. Bolt will run his semifinal race tonight, Thurs. August 18 at 9:30 p.m. ET. Will he make gold in the men’s Final 200m?
Bolt claimed his “world’s fastest man” nick name yet again in Sunday’s men’s 100m, shooting past his opponents in 9.81 minutes. He started out slow in Rio 2016, but picked up speed right when others started to doubt him. Bolt then beat American runner Justin Gatlin by .08 seconds.
“I’m a living legend,” he told The Telegraph. “Somebody said if I win these three gold medals, I would be immortal and I kind of liked it. So I’m going to run with that one.”
With the semifinals now coming up, how will Bolt pick up? Will he really be that “immortal” person he is striving to be?
Usain Bolt in Semifinals
Bolt will race for the men’s 4x100m relay FINAL at 9:30 p.m. tonight.

The Rio 2016 FINAL men’s 200m is tomorrow, Fri. August 19 at 9:35 p.m. ET. Will Bolt continue his legend as the world’s fastest man in tomorrow’s finals? Or will Andre de Grasse come back with a vengeance and make this win for Canada?
Standings Through Semifinals
Bolt is at the top of the final standings for Rio 2016 Men’s Track & Field, making him a likely candidate to win the men’s 200m final race tomorrow night. But everything is always not as it seems.
Rio 2016 Men’s 200m Final Predictions
Team Jamaica might take this win home. Given Bolt’s status, fans are cheering him on hoping that he wins the 200m gold medal.
But de Grasse stands a close chance to Bolt. The first-time Olympian is behind Bolt in Rio 2016 standings by just 2 seconds.
Trailing behind de Grasse is Team USA’s Lashawn Merritt. He might bring this one home if he speeds up. The last time he won an Olympic gold medal was at the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games for the men’s 400m and 400m Relay. Will he make a comeback at the 2016 Rio 200m? Maybe.
