Roma vs. Porto Live Stream, Preview, Predictions for Champions League Playoffs 2016-17; Roma has Advantage
Roma and Porto face off in the return leg of the Champions League 2016-17 playoff.
The first game was a fiercely contested 1-1 draw in Portugal between the two sides. Porto inflicted damage to itself, giving up an own goal in the 21st minute but eventually taking advantage of a penalty offered in the 61st minute.
Despite rescuing a draw at home the Portuguese side knows that its backs are against the wall. The team is heading into hostile territory needing a victory to assure a spot in the tournament yet again.
Roma knows that a 0-0 draw is all it takes to move on to the tournament proper, but also knows that it must play a careful defensive game because Porto will come out with tremendous purpose and aggression.
Roma made it out of the group stage last season but was defeated by eventual champion Real Madrid. Porto failed at the group stage.
Prediction
Roma finishes off Porto on home field with a solid 2-0 win to clinch a spot in the Champions League for a second straight season.

The match between Porto and Roma kicks off at 2:45 p.m. EDT on Tuesday, August 23.
