Despite his tragic death back in July of last year, "Glee" actor Cory Monteith's memory continues to live on through the love and support from his girlfriend, Lea Michele.

Recently, Lea Michele, 27, took to Twitter to pay honor and tribute to two important people in her life, her mother and her love Cory Monteith.

Michele first tweeted a photo of herself in her mother's arms with the caption, "Happy Mother's Day to my beautiful mommy Edith. Thank you for being the most caring & amazing mother in the world."

Michele's outpouring of love continued when she later posted a black and white photo of herself and Monteith laughing together in honor of the late actor's birthday.

"The biggest heart and most beautiful smile...In all of our hearts...We love you so. Happy birthday."

Michele's mother also tweeted her love and support for Monteith. "Maybe it is a blessing that Cory's birthday is on Mother's Day," she wrote.

Cory Monteith was 31 years old when he died in July 2013. His body was found in a Vancouver hotel after he overdosed on cocaine.

Since his death, Lea Michele, as well as the other "Glee" cast members have continued to honor his memory.

Soon after his death, the entire "Glee" cast dedicated an episode titled, "The Quarterback," in tribute to Monteith.

"I only have happy memories of Cory. He was not his addiction-unfortunately, it won," she said in the April 2014 cover story for Seventeen Magazine. "But that wasn't who he was. Cory made me feel like a queen every day. From the minute he said, 'I'm your boyfriend,' I loved every day, and I thank him for being the best boyfriend and making me feel so beautiful."

Though Michelle has admitted that dealing with the loss of Monteith continues to be a struggle for her, she stays strong and was all smiles and sex appeal at Monday's "FOX Upfronts."

The Daily Mail reports that Michele wore a short green low plunging dress with floral designat the event.
