With the NBA trade rumors following Kevin Love for quite a while, the Oklahoma City Thunder has made an offer to Cleveland for the power forward. Will there be an exchange or is this the deal that the Cavs are waiting for?

With Kevin Love on the trading block, Thunder is willing to send combo guard Victor Oladipo to the Cavaliers in exchange for their starting power forward as per Inquisitr. The trade seems to have many interesting angles; it looks like shooting guard J. R Smith is trying to be resigned by Cleveland.

The trade gets more interesting with new proposals. However, the offer will be turned down to the Thunder if Smith rejoins the Cavs. With Kevin Love out of Cleveland then Channing Frye will be the next power up forward for the NBA. Frey has a good reputation because he has been sold pro for many years now.

According to Mobile & Apps the Cavaliers are sure to benefit if the deal comes off with the Thunder, but on the other side adding Oladipo will certainly provide the Cavaliers with an edge over teams in the league due to his excellent defensive skills.

Other sources also stated by trading Love, the Thunder is definitely going to help the Cavaliers to resign their oldie expert J. R Smith. The rumors are presumably going to benefit one or the other.  In order to defend their title in the upcoming season the Cavaliers need to be successful in bringing in Smith before the start of the NBA season.

The trade is also rumored that Love will team up with Kevin Durant; this will definitely help the team to provide a tough competition to other teams in the league. With NBA trade rumors all around none of the teams have officially made a statement.
