Colombia vs. Chile Live Stream, Preview, Predictions for FIFA World Cup 2018 Qualifiers
Colombia and Chile will face off in the World Cup Qualifiers on Thursday.
Colombia and Chile are among the teams in a dead heat for a top five spot in the CONMEBOL. With five wins, two draws and three defeats, Los Cafeteros have 17 points and sit in a tie with Ecuador for third place. The team obtained four points from the last two games, including a win over Paraguay and hard-fought 2-2 draw at home against a strong Uruguay side that sits second in the standings.
Chile, after a long run of poor form, finally topped Peru to end its drought and manage to jump back in the race. The team now has 14 points and a win over Colombia would put it back in the mix.
The two sides drew 1-1 in their last meeting in Santiago.
The top four teams from the CONMEBOL automatically qualify for the FIFA World Cup in 2018. The fifth place side moves onto a playoff match against the Oceania Confederation.
