Bandai Namco, the game developer was showing off the game Power Rangers Mega Battle at its New York Comic-Con booth. The game will be launch in January 2017 in two new-generation platforms, PS4 and Xbox One. But there is no clarification on the PC version yet. In 2014, Saban's Power Rangers: Super MegaForce for 3DS was released.

The fans will notice a lot of similarities between the game's locations used and the ones on the television series in the new game. According to Gematsu, the game is not a total surprise, as the European ratings board had revealed the game earlier this year. The game is set in a multiplayer beat em up style across levels with playable character configuration. It will therefore give the players to choose the type of ranger they desire to play. It distinguised the game a lot more different from the old one where there will be different fighting techniques such as martial arts, weapons and the Megazord battles.

Apart from just the weapons and arts to fight enemies, players will also be able to combine their skills to perform special attacks with the co-op mode IGN reported. The game has made a lot of fans wait in anticipation with the features they added. It looks like players will also level up and unlock new moves as they win battles. It's not just the hero characters that are taken out from the movie, but even the enemies are straight out from the box!

With regards to its visual appearance, there has been a lot of disagreement among the fans who are in doubt that it will not have visual quality in the two bigger platforms. It might look neat in terms of its appearance especially on mobile. Till then, the fans will have to keep on waiting for what's in store and experience the game for real till its launch in January 2017 in America.
