‘Avengers: Infinity War’ Plans Changed ; Spiderman’s Appearance in the Movie is Up in the Air
Marvel's movie "Avengers: Infinity War" has a changed of plans, the original air date of the 'Infinity War' Part one is on 2018 and the 2nd part is on 2019. Disney confirmed that it is still set to release the movie as planned on May 4, 2018, but it would only be one "Avengers: Infinity War" movie instead of making it a two part movie, Variety reports.
Kevin Feige, boss of Marvel Studios revealed that "there's a reason we have publicly called the first one Infinity War and the second one 'untitled', because the movies we were developing were not - certainly there's a connection, there are with all our movies - but it's not a first part and a second part. It's a whole movie and a whole story, and then a whole movie and a whole story".
Well, It is not really surprising when a movie changed its entire plans about its story. There are a lot of big hit movies with a bigger story that made it a two part. But now it seems that Marvel is stepping away from that logic and the 'Infinity War' part two is now renamed into "Untitled Avengers" that is still set to release on May 3, 2019.
A lot of rumors circulating online that Spiderman might enter the movie 'Avengers: Infinity War' because Spider-Man was in "Captain America: Civil War" but according to Tom Holland "It's all up in the air. I believe some sort of deal is in the mix, but I'm unclear as to what that deal is", via Comic Book Resource.
The two 'Infinity War' was announced in October 2014, both directed by the Russo brothers, Anthony and Joe. The production of the movie is expected to start later this year and the script written by the writing team of Christopher Marcus and Stephen Mcfeely based on the powerful gems as described in various Marvel stories.
