Chinese phone maker, Xiaomi has launched its new phone, Mi Note 2. The dual-edge display phone has quite similar look compared to Note 7. It is being said that this device could be the replacement of Samsung's phablet phone, which is being recalled by the South Korean company after fire and explosion incidents. The phone will launch in China on 1, November.

According to Android Headlines, Xiaomi has lauched three devices, Mi Note 2, Mi Mix and Mi VR.

The phone is made of 7000 aluminium material with glass finish. It has also 3D glass curves on front and back side gives a premium looks to phone. The phone comes in a black and silver color.

Key Feature and specs

Camera- At first the camera is seems to be good.The phone features a 23 MP camera with f/2.0 aperture. It has Qualcomm electronic image stabilization. It also has dual-LED flash and feature like HDR. The phone can take 4K videos. Xiaomi has used Sony IMX318 sensor in the camera with 77- degree wide angle lens.

Display- The dual-edge display is one of the finest features which make this phablet phone different from others. The 5.7 inch full HD OLED screen is looking gorgeous with great viewing angles.

Battery- The phone has 4,070 mAh battery and matches perfect with the phone's size.

In terms of processor, MI Note 2 features Snapdragon 821 processor with 6GB RAM and 128 GB internal storage.

According to cNet Xiaomi might come up with Mi pay mobile payment system later on Note 2 later. The prices of the phone will be based on variants. The standard variant will cost you $410 while 4GB RAM and 64GB internal storage variant will cost you $485.

When it compared to Note 7's overall design and specs the, Mi Note looks way behind but it is surely a good option for the phablet lovers.
