CBS' NCIS storyline and new characters appears to agitate the fans as they express their discontent for all this new revision. It all went haywire just after Michael announced his departure from the show and might join in a new series. The team changed by adding two new agents Jennifer Esposito's Alex Quinn and Wilmer valderrama's Nick Torres to replace DiNozzo. The ratings of the show hasn't been good so far, and introducing new characters can bolster the series' position in term of rating.

According to Parent Herald, "NCIS" Season 14 cancellation news reveals that the CBS drama will still live on through Season 15. The TV series receive a 1.95 rating which is lower than the previous season. And, all this is due to the departure of agent Tony DiNozzo in season 13.

NCIS Season 14 also welcome a new face, Mary Stuart Masterson who will be seen soon on NCIS Season 14. She will play the role of Jenna Flemming, a witty, savvy politician as reported from HNGN.

In episode 3, Gibbs' team will solve a complex case, where the NCIS agents will be called to investigate a marine sergeant's tragic fall from a building. It like looks like a suicide case, and investigation reveals it was not a suicide.

There's still a lot of hope from the fans to see Michael Weatherly and Cote de Pablo in season 14 for the Ziva reunion.  if they ever return,speculations are their ratings for the show will increase again. Rumor is around that tony Gonzalez will be back with his Senior FBI agent Fornell role in the episode titled "Shell Game." In this episode, an officer will be kidnapped.
