'Muppet Babies' reboot is set to be on Disney Junior on 2018!
The 'Muppet Babies' will be returning on TV! Disney announced the production on a reimagined version of the classic kid series. 'Muppet Babies' made their dreams come true, from 1984 to 1991 and in early 2018 the show continues for more make-believe adventures. Disney Junior began the production of the series which is set to be a CG-animated.
The new CG-animated series featuring the baby versions of Miss Piggy, Kermit, Fozzy Bear and more of their felt skinned-friends. According to Debbie McClellan, the vice president of The Muppet Studio said that, Bringing up again the 'Muppet Babies' to Disney Junior would be a wonderful opportunity to reach the new generation of viewers and they hope to engage and delight the fans as the show continues to entertain the different audiences, parents, and the new kids through the heart and humor that only 'Muppet Babies' can deliver, via CNN.
Ages 4-7 are the targeted viewers of the 'Muppet Babies' and each episode will feature a two 11-munite stories which the characters will use their imaginations and take their audiences to the farthest corners of the universe, the show has already proven themselves literally that they're capable of the interstellar travel. The show encourages every audience to be more creative and develop their critical thinking, TV Line reports.
The co-production of the show is the Disney Junior, The Muppets Studio, Interactive Media's Content and Media Group, and Disney Consumer Products. Disney obtained their right to the Muppets back in 2004 and the return of the 'Muppet Babies' continues the trend of studios and network to look into their content vaults to find more shows with nostalgia values.
Disney's new version of 'Ducktales' is set to premiere in 2017. Nickelodeon's new tv movie will premiere in November and the story is base on "Legends of the Hidden Temple".
