Android 7.0 Nougat will soon be available in OnePlus 3, OnePlus 2 and OnePlus X
Android's latest version Android Nougat will soon feature in OnePlus 3, OnePlus 2 and OnePlus X. As of now, the official release date of Android 7.0 Nougat update for these phones has not been confirmed by OnePlus. But, if reports are to be believed, the OnePlus Smartphones will get the update by the end of the year or in early 2017.
According to pressks, OnePlus founder Pete Lau has recently shared the video of OnePlus 3 running on the Android's latest version on his official Twitter account. Reports also claim, OnePlus One and OnePlus 2 have been seen running on Android's latest version on the website GFXBench.
The update is going to be a sheer delight for the user. Currently, the company has four phones available in the market. Nougat will also be featured in OnePlus One, which is the first phone of the company. Since OnePlus One is more than two years old phone, it is difficult for the device to get the firmware update. OnePlus One has Qualcomm Snapdragon 801 processor and is said to be not compatible with Android's Nougat's Vulcan, which makes the phone extremely difficult to get the Android's latest OS update.
OnePlus is a new player in the smartphone market. The company has released its first Smartphone in 2014 with OnePlus One. Speculations are also spreading regarding its upcoming flagship phone OnePlus 4. The said phones' OS will truly demonstrate what the company plans to achieve by merging the Hydrogen and OxygenOS, said International Business Times.
OnePlus is also planning to bring another variant of its flagship device OnePlus3 called OnePlus 3T. The device will feature Qualcomm Snapdragon 821 processor, Sony IMX398 sensor with Android 7.0 Nougat OS. The company has emerged as the leading brand in high-end phone market.
