Cristiano Ronaldo to play for Real Madrid until 2021
The Portuguese international has signed a new deal to stay at Real Madrid till 2021. Recently, the club has extended the deal with Gerath Bale, Luka Nodric, Toni Kroos and Lucas Vazquez. Since joining Galacticos in 2009, Ronaldo has scored 371 goals in all competitions for the Spanish giants. He moved to Spanish capital for record-breaking £80 million during his early career days and played for the Sporting Lisbon before moving to Manchester.
According to Mail Online, the five-year deal will worth £365,000-a-week which makes three times "Ballon d'or" one of the highest earners in the world of sport. In terms of earning only Messi and Gerath Bale seems closer to him. Real's manager seemed happy with the contract renewal and praised the 31-year-old player's services to the club.
