LG is stepping up its game with Android 7.0 Nougat to the G5, being the first non-google phone. It's the next brand to Pixel that started rolling out in its home country of South Korea. For the coming weeks, the G5s will eventually be updated all around the world. It was on the same day that of the announcement when Google's number show 0.3% of Android devices have Nougat and Samsung are still on the test for Nougat on the Galaxy S7 and S7.

According to cnet report, until now Google's new operating systems have launched with Nexus phones like 6P, as compared to other Android users where they have to wait for their manufacturer or network carrier pushes out an update. In the week to come, Americas and Asia will be getting Nougat.

There is no exact information on what the updates for the G5 includes, but only glance for the potential designs and features. The software on the V20 is now more consistent and muted, but still keep many of LG's own tweaks in terms of its pre-installed apps and services as reported by Android Central. When the updates is available on the user's phone, they will receive a notification on their G5 phone. Android 7.0 Nougat offers a wide range of designs to thereby deliver more user experience giving convenience and speed to the G5 owners.

Users can also switch between apps with a double tap or run two apps side by side with the New Multi-window.
