Apple released a fifth public beta of iOS 10.2 on Friday - the next update to the iOS 10. The California tech giant also made the update available to developers.

The iOS 10.2 Beta 5 has several new features users can look forward to enthusiastically. Three new wallpapers from the iOS update await iPhone 7 and 7 Plus users, while new emojis and the so-called "Celebration" screen effect for the Messages app will be available as well, Apple Insider has reported.

Developers can access and download the beta update via Apple's official portal, while public beta participants can download it through previously-registered devices from the Software Update feature.

According to Mac Rumors, Apple has rendered the following changes in the iOS beta:

  • Three new wallpapers in iOS 10.2 beta ( only it can use for iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus)
  • New Camera setting and features
  • New "Press and Hold to Speak" menu under Home button Accessibility
  • New emoji, that looks like Unicode 9.0 update/also on MacOS 10.12.2, watch OS 3.1.1
  • "Celebration" screen effect on Messages
  • Under music setting option of "Show Star Ratings"
  • Headphone icon in status bar for Bluetooth audio devices, compare it to previously seen with beta solo3
  • New Videos app still present. TV app also included on iOS 10.2 beta
  • Beside TV widget there is also video widget
  • SOS feature similar to Apple Watch when clicking power button 5X
  • On beta 3 TV app totally replaces Videos app
  • Music now points to relocated shuffle and have repeat controls
  • SOS features now only available
  • New "Love" screen effect joins Celebration in Messages
  • Apple's new single sign-on feature with a new setting panel called TV provider.

Apple is hurrying to ready iOS 10.2 for its public release, so this could be the last beta update. This December, Apple promised that its new TV app would arrive on all its iOS and Apple TV devices.
