Brad Pitt, Angelina Jolie Divorce Latest News & Update: Child Visitation and Custody In Hands of One Man?
Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie's child visitation changes are now in the hands of one man. Therapist Ian Russ Ph.D. is the doctor responsible for the final custody of the Brangelina kids.
According to US Weekly, and Encino California-based doctor Ian Russ, Ph.D. oversee Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie's custody arrangement for their six children. Russ specialized in child-parent conflict, as well as final parental conflict and other areas.
Earlier reports claim that Angelina Jolie's side asked full custody for the children. While, Brad Pitt can only have supervised visits with the children under the presence of a therapist, as per Travelers Today.
Meanwhile, TMZ released documents that they obtained, it was Russ who were given the privilege to decide for the custody and child visitation. Additionally, Russ also determines and analyze how the 52-year old Brad Pitt sees Angelina Jolie and their six kids. The 15-year old Maddox, Pax, 13, Zahara, 11, Shiloh, 10 and the Brangelina twins Know and Vivienne, 8.
Furthermore, the documents stated that Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt's deal must stay in place until there's a court order to change it or both parents either. 'Frequency and conditions of the therapeutic visitation shall be determined by no other than Dr. Russ.
Likewise, both Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt are forced to participate in group therapy sessions together with their six kids. Also, Brad Pitt is required to submit every four times a month his drug and alcohol tests.
It was both Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie who signed the arrangement last October. The conflict between their children's custody of the "Mr. & Mrs. Smith's" lead stars hasn't changed.
A source reported that the released documents by TMZ is just about "what is and has been in place since Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt has signed an agreement months ago. At some point, Brad will change it, but then a judge didn't do anything. This is still part of the pre-existing voluntary agreement between the ex-couple."
As of now, there's still no change until Doctor Ian Russ finally finished studying the factors for the child custody and visitation of the Brangelina kids. Meanwhile, the kids remain in Angelina Jolie's custody, with Brad Pitt only with visitation rights.
