Pokemon Go Gen 2 Update: More Pokemon Comes To Pokemon Go Confirmed; Niantic's Deal With Starbucks & Sprint
Niantic isn't done yet with all of their updates! as there will be another good news for all "Pokemon Go" fans. Niantic announced that there will be a whole new set of Pokemon coming into the mobile game. The company is now spoiling their fans as a recent announcement has been made just this morning.
On Monday, December 12, the Pokemon Company International and Niantic Lab will reveal details pertaining to the addition of Pokemon to Pokemon Go. Niantic Lab released a statement along with the collaboration it had made with Sprint. As per the report of Polygon, there are over 10,500 Sprint store across the US will become the new gyms and PokeStops.
The Boost Mobile stores, Sprint and Radioshack will also include the charging stations for the players who would show up to gather Pokeballs or to show up to any battles. According to the leaks made by the employee of Starbucks, revealed that some its locations will also become gyms and PokeStops as the new in-game item, a Frappuccino - which will be soon offered to correspond the real-world beverage.
The Starbucks deal which originally stated, "More Pokemon are coming to Pokemon Go." According to Forbes, there are only two meaning to the leaked information. Niantic has finally added the Legendary Pokemon Mewtwo or the Birds, the final four that still hasn't been on the game. Second would be 100 Gen 2 Pokemon arriving.
Niantic Lab announced after Pokemon Go's breakout launch that they have plans to work with some corporate sponsors. Pokemon Gen 2 will surely boost the engagement far better as it did for Niantic's other augmented reality game, Ingress, the Buddy System, the Halloween or the Thanksgiving event. Fans of the game will find out more on the 12th of December.
