The Kardashian Sisters Company Lawsuit Blocks Blac Chyna's Request To Trademark Her Soon-To-Be Married Name Of Angela Kardashian [VIDEO]
The Sister-in-Law wars between the Kardashian sisters and Blac Chyna is not over yet, and there seems to be no end to this feud between the girls. Despite Angela Renee White's (her legal name) soon-to-be marriage to Rob Kardashian, she isn't welcome to the family, as far Family names are concerned. It is believed that Blac Chyna will be 'trademarking' her soon-to-be married name Angela Kardashian and the result of which is a disaster for the family and their company's reputation.
In a recent report from PEOPLE, Trademarking entails a lot of responsibilities and should be taken seriously. Since a trademark represents the total identity and reputation of the name, once it is marred by lies and deception, everybody connected to that will be affected. That is one reason why Kardashian sister's company abhors to the idea of Blac Chyna, and since she will be legally married to a Kardashian, what they can only do is to block it.
And since the opposition of the Kardashian sisters is already legally filed, Blac Chyna can only prove and pray that things will work for her benefit. According to E! News, the lawsuit will still push through despite rumors of their lawyers being called off. Kardashian and companies are absolutely opposing the copyright, and as for Blac Chyna's attorney, Walter Mosley, rumors are insignificant unless the entire case will be dropped.
While Blac Chyna's attorney had been very diligent about protecting the "video vixen's" intellectual property her mother, Tokyo Toni has taken to Instagram her support for her daughter. Meanwhile, at the Kardashian household, they are very adamant about protecting what they have upheld and invested in protecting, promoting and advertising the 'Kardashian marks' as they say. Moreover, Chyna's actions are clearly a manifestation of using the fame of the 'Kardashian mark' for her own profit, creating confusion and deception to future customers.
