NeNe Leakes Hints at Leaving ‘RHOA’: 'RHONJ' star Teresa Giudice Fraud Charges Dropped
While one Real Housewife is hinting at making a possible exit from "The Real Housewives" television franchise, another Real Housewife might be staying on the show a little longer than expected.
This week, "Real Housewives of Atlanta" star Nene Leakes hinted that she may be planning to leave the Bravo franchise because she doesn't "enjoy" it anymore.
She tweeted, "Never continue n a job u don't enjoy! Follow ur passion & success will follow u!"
So what has the 46-year-old reality star all riled up over the show that catapulted her to stardom? Well, according to #mce_temp_url#, Leakes allegedly has a big head from the various TV gigs she's been offered over time.
Since becoming the breakout star on "RHOA," Leakes has appeared on "Glee," "Celebrity Apprentice," "The New Normal" and "Dancing With The Stars."
Because of her TV success, Leakes now reportedly feels that she deserves more money and more say on the show.
A RadarOnline source revealed, "Not only did she want a raise, but she wanted to have say on who she filmed with and other crazy stuff."
In other "Real Housewives" news, "RHONJ" star Teresa Giudice and her husband might spend more time on the show and less time in court now that fraud charges against Teresa Giudice's husband Joe Giudice have been dropped.
Joe Giudice's dropped case included a $260,000 fine for a 2007 mortgage scam.
According to the Daily Mail, Joe Giudice's former business partner Joe Mastropole had claimed that Joe Giudice forged Mastropole's signature on a mortgage document for an apartment they owned together and took his partner's name off after he refinanced the property. But Judge Kenneth Slowmienski has completely dismissed the case.
Though the couple can breathe a little easier following the dropped fraud case, they must still deal with their current guilty plea to nine counts of mail, wire, and bank fraud that could land them multiple years in prison.
Is this the beginning of a legal "winning streak" for the Giudice's? Well, we'll just have to wait and see.
