Killer Instinct’s Recent Survey Aims to Please Fans With More Content
After a successful season 3 release for Killer Instinct, developer Iron Galaxy shows that they want to give more to the players. In a recent survey from the company, several questions point out to possible additional content.
Shared via its website and Twitter account, Iron Galaxy provided the link to the survey. While most of it is gathering data from its player base, a question on the survey surely stood out. As reported by DualShockers, it asks if there are events that could cause more playtime with the game. The selections include character releases, character skins , additional guardians, or new game modes. Depending on the response they get, the developers may release new content for the game that would draw more fans in.
Another interesting question was the player's interest in having the Killer Instinct Team contacting them regarding their experience, complete with an option to place an email address for correspondence. This shows how dedicated the team is on getting feedback, and making a game that players would really enjoy.
On the other hand, Killer Instinct: Definitive Edition has just been released for Windows 10. For $39.99 in the Windows Store, players can access the whole game, with all the updates, skins and additional content released so far. It also has access to Xbox Live Anywhere, which means it can communicate with Xbox One players, and has access to its cloud-based storage system.
In addition to the Windows 10 release of the game, Xbox Wire reports that the Killer Instinct team is working on a special gift to its fans. Thunder, one of the game's characters, will be given a new skin which is a 100% authentic representation of the Naz Peace tribe's traditional outfit. On top of the new skin, it will be given to player on December 21 for free, as long as the player has an existing Thunder character.
Killer Instinct for the Xbox One (and now for Windows 10) is a remake of the 1994 game of the same name for the Super Nintendo Entertainment System.
