Beats X Earbuds Delayed for 2-3 Months, says reports
Apple has disappointed the customers to a great extent with back-to-back failures in delivering much-awaited products. Various reports and rumors suggest that Apple has delayed Beat X wireless earbuds for a couple of months.
After the delay in AirPods, BeatsX will also arrive late in the market, according to B&H, Apple authorized reseller, reported 9to5mac. The device is one of the most anticipated accessories for Apple products.
BeatsX is the much awaited Bluetooth earphones that were to come by fall, 2016, as per the statement on Apple website. But an email by B&H to its customers says that the earphones will not arrive within 2-3 months. Such a long delay obviously creates speculations that Apple must be facing some big technical problem with this new range of headphones.
BeatsX is the most affordable variant in the range of wireless headsets from Apple, with a $149.95 price tag. It is to come with the W1 chip to produce great audio quality, as predicted by the tech experts. Another amazing feature is that it assures a pretty long battery life of 40 hours.
As BeatsX has only the W1 chip in common with the AirPod, rumors came there that there must be some serious fault in Apple's Bluetooth technology. Apple AirPods, the cordless headphones were introduced along with iPhone 7 in September 2016 and were said to be available from October. But an unexpected delay in its release created a big issue in the tech world. The Verge reported, the Apple's wireless earbuds - the AirPods -are now up on sale.
However, AirPods have been finally released on December 14 after much waiting and the revolutionary earphones are now available in the market. Some reports suggest that the delay happened due to some flaw in the design. However, now people have to wait patiently for the BeatsX.
