As the spotlight shines ever so brightly on "The View" host Sherri Shepherd and her soon-to-be ex husband, Lamar Sally, more news continues to surface on the ugliness of their marriage and their even uglier divorce.

So whats the latest news for the estranged couple?

TMZ claims that, after Shepherd and Sally married in 2011, Sally requested an amendment be added to the couple's pre-nup that included some very bizarre demands.

One of the "amendments" made to the Shepherd-Sally pre-nup required Shepherd to "maintain a healthy body weight and exercise at least three times a week."

The other amendments stated that Shepherd should "crave intimacy" with her husband and "be uninhibited and free" in their lovemaking.

Talk about bossy. How rude!

Naturally, Shepherd rejected those amendments, according to TMZ.

But if this amendment clause is in fact true, it makes complete sense why Shepherd has chosen to proceed with this divorce.

As the two move forward with the divorce filings, Lamar is reportedly filling for full custody of the couple's unborn child via a surrogate while Shepherd's ex-husband Jeffrey Tarplay is seeking full custody of their son Jeffrey Jr., who is 9 years-old.

According to People Magazine, Tarplay is suing Sherri for "neglect" of their son.

Tarplay claims that Shepherd's busy work schedule has "caused her to neglect Jeffrey and deprive him access to basic educational needs, a nurturing and loving environment, and care that Jeffrey so desperately needs."

He also states that Shepherd's "career is seven days per week non-stop," and alleges that she relegates "primary responsibility for our minor child to unskilled nannies."

Despite Tarplay's claims, Shepherd insists that it is Tarplay who is the "neglectful" parent.

Sherri filed her own docs in response, claiming Jeffrey's an absentee dad who deserves no part in his son's life. The judge denied Jeffrey's emergency request, but set a hearing in July to settle the beef, says TMZ.

What a mess. Stay strong, Sherri!
