Star Wars: Rogue One: The prequel that revealed Luke Skywalker’s placement in A New Hope
Fans of the Star War's franchise are surely in big smiling faces as the latest film is released which is Rogue One. While many are not sure why there is a need for this solo film, they were enlightened to know that Rogue One is a film that clears everything up for the first trilogy. Now, some of the details include how Luke Skywalker ended up in A New Hope.
According to the Comic Book, the Rogue One set everything for Luke Skywalker's entrance in the first of the original trilogy film, A New Hope. In their article, they revealed that the pilot with the callsign Red Five suffered an unfortunate death, which was really emphasized. This was because, as fans noted, that in the original Star Wars trilogy, Luke Skywalker was given the same callsign before the Battle of Yavin. With this, fans are given closure on what really happened with the pilot.
Meanwhile, other than this information, Movie TV Tech Geeks wrote that Star Wars: The Rogue One is the prequel we really need for the whole Star Wars franchise. They revealed that one of the cool things in the film is that Death Star has been confirmed to be a gigantic light saber made from Kyber crystals. Basically, Star Wars: The Rogue One showed how the mission to steal the plans to the Death Star, which is we all know as one of the ultimate weapon of destruction.
Rogue One: A Star Wars Story has been released on theaters starring Felicity Jones, Diego Luna, Ben Mendelsohn, Donnie Yen, Mads Mikkelsen, Alan Tudyk, Riz Ahmed, Jiang Wen and Forest Whitaker.
