Andi Dorfman's journey to finding love begins tonight on ABC's "The Bachelorette." Recently, the reality star has been dishing about the newest season.

Dorfman made a name for herself by walking out on Juan Pablo Galavis on the last season of "The Bachelor." Now, the 27-year-old assistant district attorney from Atlanta, Georgia, is laying down her own rules.

"I was definitely looking for a guy that was a family-orientated person," Dorfman told Your Tango. "I'm the type of girl that definitely wants a family one day ... and just a guy that's strong and confident but is also able to be vulnerable and share his emotions with me. I think communication is definitely something I was looking for in a guy."

Dorfman admitted to being scared that she wouldn't be able to find this Mr. Right in season 10.

"Going into the first night I was thinking, 'I don't know if I can do this! I don't know if I can find anybody through this,'" she told TV Guide.

In order to succeed, however, Dorfman will not be taking the scantily clad route like some of her predecessors.

"Mine will probably be on the more romantic side," she said. "You will not see a lot of hot tub scenes; it's not really my thing, but I feel like you can be sexy by being romantic and it doesn't need to involve bikinis and hot tubs."

Besides the lack of hot tubs, there's another reason why this season is not all fun of games: the tragic loss of contestant Eric Hill who Dorfman said "was part of our family."

"We are holding on to the legacy of Eric," Dorfman said. " He really did live life to the fullest, and that's something that every single person, cast, crew, production, you know, myself included will take away from Eric and his experience with them."

Hill has not been edited out of the show and was already eliminated at the time of his death.

"This man had amazing stories and great experiences," Dorfman told People magazine. "His sense of adventure inspired not only me but every guy in the house, every producer, every crew member. Everybody says they want to do stuff in their life, but he was really doing it."

Ultimately, Dorfman says she is pleased with her time as the Bachelorette.

"I am happy," she said. "I'm excited for everyone to see how this turns out."

"The Bachelorette" premieres tonight at 9:30 p.m. ET.
