Angelina Jolie Angry Over Kids Meeting Brad Pitt for Christmas – Takes Them to Colorado for New Year’s
Angelina Jolie was spotted in the winter wonderland slopes of Colorado along with her six children, minus Brad Pitt. The actress spent time skiing and shopping at Crested Butte with her brood as they deal with another holiday without their father. But there are reports that the 'Tomb Raider' actress took their recent visit with their father very emotionally that she suffered a meltdown.
Perez Hilton reported how the holidays went with the Jolie-Pitt kids. Maddox, 15, Pax, 13, Zahara, 11, Shiloh, 10 and the twins Knox and Vivienne, 8 were able to see their father during Christmas in a cordial gift exchange. Brad's visit was accompanied by a therapist which is in accordance to their visiting rules.
But as the kids enjoyed their brief visit with their father, Angelina went into meltdown. Extra TV reported that Angelina Jolie was the one who organized the gathering but in the end she was not happy about the visit. A source confirmed that she tried to change the terms of the visit and have it in her own home at the last minute but she was denied of the changes. This made her very angry.
The 'Allied' actor also had his own meltdown during Thanksgiving as he was not allowed to see his kids during the holidays. A source said that he misses them so much and has been crying. "He's broken down in tears so many times -he's not ashamed to cry anymore. Brad is like a broken man."
Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt are still locked in an ugly custody battle of their six children. When Angelina filed for a divorce in September 2016, she asked for full physical and legal custody of the kids. Brad countered this later and asks for joint custody. At the moment, the two are following temporary custody agreements that the children stay with their mother and Brad will get therapeutic visits accompanied by a therapist. The family is also undergoing counseling.
