SPOILER ALERT: After 14 seasons and four shots at the finals, "Dancing with the Stars" professional dancer Maksim Chmerkovskiy finally owns a mirror ball trophy. Will the dancer retire now that he's finally made it to the top?

After Chmerkovskiy and partner Meryl Davis won on Tuesday night's live finale, Chmerkovskiy spoke with Entertainment Tonight and seemed to be considering ending his run on "Dancing With the Stars."

"I don't think so," he responded when asked if he would return.

The 34-year-old's reasoning? Exhaustion.

"This is exhausting," he said. "It has nothing to do with money."

Chmerkovskiy gave props to Derek Hough, 29, who has won "Dancing with the Stars" five times.

"The first thing that I did after hugging [Meryl] ... was come up to Derek, and I was like, 'Dude, I don't how you do it.' He did it five times. I have no idea," Chmerkovskiy added.

Meanwhile, Cody Simpson and his partner Witney Carson, who were eliminated third, are congratulating their former competitors.

"I'm so happy," Simpson told E! News after the finale. "Everyone [deserved it]. It was a tough competition. Anyone would have been very deserving, but I was so impressed by Maks and Meryl's dancing every single week. Yeah, it's great."

"I think they totally deserved it," Carson agreed.

Simpson and Carson also dished on the romance rumors between Davis, 27, and Chmerkovskiy.

"I have no idea. I would assume," Carson said of the Olympic ice skater and her partner. "They definitely could be something, but I don't think anyone knows for sure,"

"The chemistry's there," Simpson added . "... We all look at them sometimes, and we're like, 'Uh, OK.'"

"[It's] everything I thought it would be," Maks told E! News of his victory. "This season's been amazing."

"I'm kind of not really sure what's going on right now, much as I was at the Olympics. ... I just feel so lucky," Davis said.
