Kevin Hart Feuds With Ex-Wife Torrei Over Cheating Accusations
On Wednesday, Kevin Hart's ex-wife Torrei spoke with Entertainment Tonight's Rocsi Diaz about what the "Think Like a Man" actor is claiming are false accusations about his current girlfriend Eniko Parrish.
Torrei will appear in a new reality-TV series called, "Altanta Exes" and she claims that part of the reason why she's now an ex is because Parrish broke up her and Kevin's marriage.
"I never lashed out. I never tried to punch her in the face, even though I've had moments where -- trust and believe -- I wanted to K.O. her ass," she told Diaz about her feelings towards Parrish in the interview.
Torrei continued, "It does hurt that my kids have to be around a woman who broke up a marriage. I was with [Kevin] when he was selling sneakers for five dollars an hour. I was at every show. I was at his first show where he ever did standup ... I was his muse. I was there from the beginning."
Although Hart has been very vocal about his marital infidelity in the past, he never discussed Parrish's involvement in his disloyalty.
Following Torrei's revealing ET interview, Hart insisted that Torrei's accusations are simply untrue.
"My woman [Eniko Parrish] has nothing to do with my past marriage problems in any way shape or form. It's almost 7yrs total of me not being with my Ex," he tweeted.
Hart then went on to insinuate his ex's bitterness towards his new relationship despite his "being an incredible father" while paying over $20,000 in child support.
After getting the frustration off his chest, Hart later took the high road and wished Torrei nothing but the best for her and her new boyfriend.
"I want nothing but the best for [Torrei] & her boyfriend and that will not change. I ignore negativity, being bitter & angry will get u know where."
Although it is unclear who is telling the truth in this story, one can argue that perhaps Torrei's feud with Kevin and Eniko could be a ploy to stir up controversy and gossip for the series premiere of her new VH1 reality show.
The show "Atlanta Exes" will kick off sometime during the summer of this year with cast members Tameka Raymond, Christina Johnson, Monyetta Shaw, Sheree Buchanan, and Torrei Hart.
