Kim Jong Nam Murder Case: Poisoned By Female Assassin, Video Footage Reveal [Video]
On Monday, a video released in a TV footage that seems to demonstrate the minute that Kim Jong Nam was killed in a Malaysian airport that leading up to his death. The video was initially broadcast by a Japan's Fuji TV, was shot by surveillance cameras inside Kuala Lumpur airport.
According to CNN report, Kim, the offended half-brother of North Korean leader Kim Jong Un, was passed on his way to the hospital. Experts believe that he was poisoned and the case is being evaluated as a murder investigation.
The Malaysian police believe that executing Kim was carried out by the North Korea agents. And the investigation into Kim's death has set off a diplomatic row among Malaysia and Korea.
So far, Malaysian police have captured four suspects and searching for four more who were believed to have left Malaysia the day of the attack, and five of the eight suspects are North Korean. Meanwhile, Malaysia has reviewed its ambassador from Pyongyang for counsels and summoned the North Korean ambassador in the country to clarify the charges, as NBC News reported.
Pyongyang's ambassador guaranteed that the dead man was Kim Chol, a citizen of North Korea, and that request for a DNA test was ridiculous. Malaysia's Deputy Prime Minister said that the North Korean embassy in Malaysia affirmed Kim Jong Nam's Personality.
He included that Kim Jong Nam had been roaming with two passports, one is under the name of Kim Chol. North Korea had already said it contradicts any autopsy that is managed without their own authorities present and has publicly requested the country to give back the body. In any case, Selangor Police Chef Abdul Samah Mat said that without the DNA from the closest relative, Malaysia would not hand over Kim's body or release the autopsy findings, which could uncover the reason of death.
