"Real Housewise of Beverly Hills" star Lisa Vanderpump appears to be on the outs with the franchise. Rumor has it that's she's quitting the show.

So why is one of "RHOBH's" leading ladies making a departure?

TMZ reports the Mrs. Vanderpump, 53, expressed to "The Real Housewives" executive producer Andy Cohen that she felt extremely bullied by the other "RHOBH" cast members and that she's fed up with the show.

Vanderpump's plan of action moving forward is to stick to her other Bravo reality show, "Vanderpump Rules" and leave "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" behind.

Despite Vanderpump's insistence she's leaving the show, Andy Cohen and Lisa's best friend and former NSYNC band member, Lance Bass, are trying to talk her out of it.

On Thursday, the Daily Mail reports that in their quest to keep Vanderpump on the show, Cohen and Bass made a trip to the reality star's "Pump" restaurant to beg her to stay, disguising their mission in the form of a "casual" dinner date.

Cohen reportedly pretended that he had just ate at the "Pump" eatery located in West Hollywood, for dinner, but was in fact there in a bid to change Lisa's mind.

Meanwhile, 'N Sync star Lance tagged along as Cohen's secret weapon, because he is a close friend of Lisa's.

However, the duo's "master plan" seems to have backfired. It is still unclear whether Vanderpump will stay or go.

Although none of the Beverly Hills cast members have renewed their contracts, according to The Daily Mail, it's clear Vanderpump is Bravo's favorite among the bunch. After all, Vanderpump is helping Bravo cash in with her other hit reality TV series "Vanderpump Rules" which is doing great in ratings.

So why not have her in two shows instead of one?
