Three iPad Air 3 Devices Coming This 2017: Release Date, Specs, Features Revealed!
Apple is reportedly gearing up to take the technology realm by storm by finally unveiling three new iPads including the iPad Air 3 sometime around the second half of the year.
iPad Air 3 is one of the most highly anticipated devices which is rumored to make debut this year. Apple sources are currently pointing towards the official release, which might happen this year.
Apple is gearing up to take the technology helm by storm this March by wrapping off its long-awaited iPad Air 3. This speculation is coming from a well-known tech analyst Ming-Chi Kuo, who claimed that Apple will be unveiling three new iPads including an updated iPad Air 3 this year, as per GigJets.
Kuo has a history of correctly predicting what aces Apple has up its sleeve. However, another report from DigiTimes claims that iPad Air 3 will not arrive until the second half of the 2017. The publication cites sources from the related upstream supply chain.
To recall, Apple had released its 9.7" iPad in the month of March 2016. However it wasn't a direct replacement for the iPad Air 2 that remained in the line-up as an entry-level larger iPad. In its place, a smaller version of the 12.9in iPad Pro launched. The iPad Pro 9.7" was proved to be an extremely powerful and wonderful device.
Apple's iPad Air 3 is rumored to feature Company's powerful A9X processor. The device will also have the Apple Pencil and four-speaker audio system support.
The iPad Air 3 is also reported to have come 6.1 mm thick. The device is said to be lighter as compared to its predecessor. iPad Air 3 is also said to be made from a moderately stronger aluminum alloy which makes it more shock resistant.
The 9.7-inch iPad Air 3 could be trotted out as an entry-level device that could be exclusively designed for the education sector. The display unit of the 9.7-inch iPad will be made by Seoul Semiconductor thatt ousts the current supplier.
However reports on iPad Air 3 are based on predictions and speculations. Though, predictions still have a large margin for error. So, it is better to stay tuned and hear the official news from Apple.
