BMW fans will be treated to yet another amazing offer from the German Motor manufacturer, BMW. In what car reviewers are calling a 'Roadster model' of BMW's i8, car enthusiasts are urged to remain expectant of a remodeled BMW sports hybrid car to be released in 2018. This car will be a remake of the BMW i8 and will be known as the BMW i8 Spyder.

Although there was much speculation (initially) about whether BMW would ever see the need to modify the 2014 BMW i8, now the conjecture is cleared up. BMW has confirmed that there's more that could be done to give this German hybrid wagon a touch of the future. According to Writer Hut, BMW leaked the i8 Spyder while running it on a test drive and a few of the car's prominent changes could be spotted from afar.

Among these modifications includes a wider muzzle, traceable from the Bugatti Chiron. The rear side of the vehicle will also feature a mirror, tucked in between the rear buttresses. Being a hybrid car, it's likely that BMW will want to fit a bigger long-range battery so as to make this car more efficient. The suspension of this car will also be altered to offer more comfort and better traction.

Carscoop editors did have a one on one view of the car, though from a far distance. Their conclusions imply that the i8 will have a targa (soft) roof which will be retractable to the rear end of the car. The editors, however, explained that they are not sure whether this car will retain the traditional butterfly doors that are already in the 2014 BMW i8 concept car.

The bumpers of the Spyder have also been souped up a little bit to give it an expensive finish. The BMW i8 Spyder becomes one of the most recommended hybrid sports utility vehicles in the world and might be released next year (2018).
