Samsung Galaxy S8 Edge Release Date: Officially Launch on March 29, New Leak Video Shows Hints on Upcoming Galaxy S Range
The South Korean technology firm confirmed that Samsung Galaxy S8 will be officially launched on-stage on March 29. But the rumors still continue to float just to reveal everything about the Samsung Galaxy S8 and Galaxy S8 Plus that comes from an official appearance on the FCC website.
In a final invitation, Samsung aired a brief trailer that teases for the next phone in S range. The short video hinted about the profound redesign that has been long floating for the Galaxy S8.
According to Pocket-lint, there are few surprises that the actual wireless technology has, though the Federal Communication Commission does not list any other specifications concerned with the wireless. As indicated by FCC, the smartphone carries an 802.11ac Wi-Fi on both 2.4 GHz and 5GHz bands and has LTE (4G) and an NFC Connectivity.
From the latest credible leaks and whispers, Galaxy S8 will have an impressive and almost bezel-less edge-to-edge design that marks as the first dramatic shake-up design for Galaxy S for over two years. The Samsung has supposedly dropped all its physical buttons from the front in a clever ploy to keep the device small enough to use in one hand.
Express added that the Galaxy S8 is widely-tipped to arrive with a notable 5.8-inch Quad HD display while maintaining the same footprint as the Galaxy S7. It is also expected to have a display of 6.2-inch QHD AMOLED model that is marketed as Galaxy S8 Plus.
For comparison purposes, those display sizes are both bigger than the Samsung Galaxy S7 and S7 Edge. Though the physical button is gone, the navigation is now handled by a software button that is included together with the bottom of the display.
Currently, a new leaked video shows how exactly a software button will work on Samsung Galaxy S8 on-screen and how it will work for users to navigate Android 7.0 Nougat. The leaked video also shows how an operating system will work on the upcoming phone and contradicts a couple of previous images of the alleged Galaxy S8 that which appears to show Samsung is keeping Back button on the right-hand side of the screen.
