"Grey's Anatomy" spoilers are out and it looks like the next episode will be a bottle episode between Meredith and Nathan as the two are forced to work together while in an airplane. The longest medical drama on ABC is now on its 13th season and creators have decided to surprise fans and turn their attention to a non-couple Nathan and Mer with a special episode that will air on April, 2017.

"Grey's Anatomy" spoilers reveal that the bottle episode will be set inside a commercial plane, Spoilers Guide reported. Meredith and Nathan will be forced to communicate with each other, share details about their lives and will even find that they work well together when suddenly something goes wrong inside the plane.

Meredith and Nathan will work together as mentioned in "Grey's Anatomy" spoilers, but this was something that creators found to be very delicate to do. Ellen Pompeo revealed that they had to deal with whether or not Mer was ready to move on after the death of her husband. Pompeo said that they made sure that they did justice for everyone who has lost a spouse or a partner in some point in their lives.

But "Grey's Anatomy" spoilers about the possible Mer and Nathan relationship were not just recently reported. Way back June 2016, TV Line said that alleged "secret lovers" Nathan and Meredith may be headed for a real relationship. The report mentioned a lot of bantering and harsh words between the two until one night they have realized that they might be ready for romance. Martin Henderson said that Nathan could be someone Meredith can count on since he is irreverent and does not take things all that seriously. Nathan could lighten up Meredith's life.

"Grey's Anatomy" spoilers for the Mer/Nathan bottle episode reveal that the episode will air in April. The current episode is "Till I Hear It From You" which will air on March 23, 2017 followed by "Be Still, My Soul" on March 30, 2017 on ABC.
