This holiday season, it's nearly impossible not to hear Mariah Carey's "All I Want For Christmas Is You" wherever you go: whether you're doing grocery shopping, riding in an Uber, tuning in to your favorite radio station at home, or attending your office Christmas party.

The Christmas hit debuted in 1994 and since then, it has become a go-to Christmas pop song during the holidays, along with the classic "Jingle Bell Rock" and "Holly Jolly Christmas." Because of this, Mariah continues to bring in a huge deal of fortune from its success.

The pop star might be screaming success, but "All I Want For Christmas Is You" has taken on a life of its own throughout the years and is breaking records itself. According to an article by CNN, this holiday hit is Spotify's most-streamed Christmas song of all time, with more than 602 million plays on the streaming service alone. Also, since it was uploaded in 2009, it has more than 605 million views and still counting since Christmas season has just begun.

Moreover, in a tweet posted by Billboard just recently, the American entertainment media brand congratulated the singer and posted a photo that says, "Mariah's 'All I Want For Christmas Is You' is officially No. 1 on the Hot 100 for the first time, 25 after its release."

So how much exactly has Mariah's song earned so far? Since the song was first added to Spotify, it has already earned more than $2 million in royalties and according to a study by Broadband Deals, that number is expected to continually skyrocket. Broadband Deals forecasted that if this holiday season is anything like the last, the Christmas hit is estimated to bring in about $600,000 between November 2019 and this Christmas.

According to a 2016 report by The Economist, the singer has earned more than $60 million in royalties from the hit.

Aside from Carey's hit, Spotify's most-streamed Christmas songs also include "Last Christmas" by Wham! at number two which has raked in about $1.5 million in streaming royalties since it was uploaded to the streaming service, "Santa Tell Me" by Ariana Grande at three which has brought in about $1.1 million, "It's Beginning To Look A Lot Like Christmas" by Michael Buble at number four which has raked in about $1 million, and "Mistletoe" by Justin Bieber at number five which has brought in about $950,000.

In honor of the most successful Christmas song in history, Amazon is making a mini-documentary on the tune, which will be called "Mariah Carey is Christmas!" which will look closer into how Mariah's Christmas song became a huge hit. It will premiere on Amazon later this month.

Meanwhile, to honor her fans, Mariah has announced in her Twitter account @MariahCarey that she will be releasing a new music video for the song.

"Excited to debut my brand new music video for ALL I WANT FOR CHRISTMAS IS YOU in celebration of #MC25. Tune in for the world premiere on DECEMBER 20th at 12AM ET!!! " she posted. "Join me for a LIVE Q&A right before at 11:30PM ET on YouTube. I can't wait to share this moment with you all!!"
