'Avengers 2: Age of Ultron' Trailer, Cast, News: Mark Ruffalo Teases Expanded Hulk Role
"Avengers: Age of Ultron" is set for release on May 1, 2015. The movie, which was written and directed by Joss Whedon, features many of the same actors and actresses reprising their roles as the strongest heroes on Earth.
In an exciting turn of events, Mark Ruffalo, who will play the role of the Hulk once again in the upcoming film, gave his thoughts on the new Hulk. The new Hulk role is bigger than that of the previous movie, he said, adding that his new role is much more complicated with all of the added punches and blows. He admitted to being overwhelmed at first by all of the innovative technology and motion-capture technology used in the film, adding that he now sees it as a challenge to his ability as an actor.
To do a better job in his role as the Hulk, Mark Ruffalo reportedly worked with Andy Serkis, confirming his statement of embracing the motion-capture technology of the second Avengers movie. Bruce Banner was teased by Mark Ruffalo earlier in the year, who said Banner would do exciting new things in the new "Avengers." The new movie, according to Kevin Feige of Marvel Studios, will have more action scenes from the Hulk.
Now audiences will want to ask why the new film has such complicated roles for the Hulk, which remains to be seen when the movie is released next year. The cast of the new "Avengers" movie includes Aaron Taylor-Johnson, Chris Hemsworth, Chris Evans, Clark Gregg, Don Cheadle, Cobie Smulders, Elizabeth Olsen, Jeremy Renner, James Spader, Paul Bettany, Mark Ruffalo, Samuel L. Jackson, Robert Downey Jr., Thomas Kretschmann, and Scarlett Johansson.
"Avengers: The Age of Ultron" deals with the collaborative efforts of the strongest heroes of planet Earth, along with Scarlet Witch and Quicksilver, to topple the new antagonist Ultron while at the same time facing a new level of conflict in its group.
