Film producer Harvey Weinstein arrives at criminal court
Jurors in the Harvey Weinstein sexual misconduct trial have reached no verdict on the second day of deliberation.
The jury of seven men and five women came back with more questions after deliberations in the Harvey Weinstein sexual misconduct trial began Tuesday.
The jury asked to read all emails related to actress Annabella Sciorra, re-hear Rosie Perez's entire testimony, and review all communications between Weinstein, Black Cube and Guidepost Solutions.
The jurors were dismissed for the day without reaching a verdict after the re-reading of Perez's testimony. Deliberations will resume for the third day Thursday morning where the requested emails are expected to be submitted for jury review.
67-year-old Harvey Weinstein was charged with a first-degree criminal sexual act, two counts of rape(first-degree and third-degree), and two counts of predatory sexual assault.
The first-degree charges are punishable by a minimum of five years and a maximum of 25 years in prison each. The third-degree rape charge is punishable for up to four years in prison. Predatory sexual assault charges go for a sentence of 10 years up to life in prison.

Rose McGowan on the first day of Weinstein's trial
New York Times published an investigative report against the movie mogul. The report featured many on-the-record accusations, including those of Ashley Judd's and Rose McGowan's.
New York Times also revealed non-disclosure agreements, along with a sum of cash, were made with at least eight women to guarantee their silence.
Weinstein was later fired by his own company after the sexual harassment allegations came to light.
His lawyer denied the accusations.
October 10, 2017
Italian actress and filmmaker Asia Argento accused Weinstein of raping her in 1997. Gwyneth Paltrow, Angelina Jolie, and Rosanna Arquette also accused Weinstein of harassment.
Georgina Chapman, the co-founder of fashion label Marchesa and wife of 10 years to Weinstein, announced her decision to leave him after his "unforgivable" behavior.

Harvey Weinstein was expelled by the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences, the same institution that awards the Oscars.
More women came out with accusations against Weinstein. Celebrities like Kate Beckinsale, Cara Delevigne, and Romola Garai spoke of their 'encounters' with the mogul.

Film stars also wore black at the Golden Globes to show solidarity.
