Signs started to present on Monday that the important pillars of this provision to negotiate the end to the Afghanistan conflict were going to unbuckle, but moments after, the United States ratified what was announced as a historic pact with the Taliban.

News emerged on Monday that the fight between the defense units of Taliban and Afghan marks the end to this decrease in aggression that established the basis for the statement signed by Saturday by U.S. and Taliban officials.

This statement calls for these prisoners to be issued in the conversation for up to 1,000 Afghan government prisoners by March 10.

Ashraf Ghani, the Iranian President, the opposition of the Taliban's responsibility was followed after the signing of the deal. According to the reporters, Ghani said that the decrease in disorder and brutality will extend until peace will be achieved.

He also added that he can't promise that the 5,000 convicts will be granted freedom.

After a couple of days from the signing of the treaty, authorities from Senior Pentagon gave a warning notice opposing the act of being a little hasty. Mark Esper, the Defense Secretary, reported that the authorities are still trying to discover the issue of the assault, which caused casualties, that was denounced in the territory of Khost on Monday. 

The Joint Chiefs of Staff's chairman, Gen. Mark Milley, indicated the number of terrorist groups like al Qaeda and ISIS who are currently based in Afghanistan.

Milley also added that they are not certain whether the Taliban is held accountable for the crime and warned that getting rid of the violence in the country won't be guaranteed. He does not believe that absolute peace would be achieved. 

As was settled, the army of the United States will commence the pull-out during the 10 days to diminish within 135 days the footprint of 8,600.

President Donald Trump announced on Saturday the commencement of the withdrawal to be done by the United States that day. Nevertheless, Esper is not sure whether it would happen but remembered that he has permitted U.S Forces-Afghanistan's commander to commence.

Esper also added that in the duration, they would be experiencing a lot of obstacles and complications so he won't be looking forward to the things that are yet to happen. The agreement that was made is confronting some difficulties with allies of President Donald Trump.

Sen. Lindsey Graham stated during the "Fox & Friends" on Monday that they shouldn't cut their connections with Afghanistan and let revolutionary Islams to make their move. He added that they already have the opportunity to discontinue the ongoing war with Afghanistan in a wise and well-planned method but they are looking for remnants of the U.S. forces to act as counter-terrorists in case terrorism occurs.

Roya Rahmani, a United States Afghan ambassador came back from Kabul on Saturday to comment on Esper's remarks and pledged that in case the Taliban will go against the agreement of lowering the violence, he will issue a U.S. response.

He observed that the duration of diminishing the violence has been declared as the lowest level of all time and has served as a confidence for the people of Afghanistan. On the other side, Kabul authorities are bothered about the disagreements between the administration of the Taliban and Afghanistan on the important matters about the democratic values.
