Coronavirus has spread not just in some countries but around the globe. This pandemic creates a significant impact on the world's economic status like every countries' business and even every person's daily lives. Due to the spread of the virus, a lot of world leaders put their countries on total lockdown to minimize the rate of the infected or yet to prevent it from transmitting from one person to another.

Airports, ports, cruises, and all other forms of transportation are canceled, and those people who have been exposed to the virus from where they are from or have been in contact with an infected person will be put under quarantine. They will be under observation just in case they are infected too.

But when it comes to Mexico, there will be another story to tell. Mexico went to push through the Vive Latino, which is one of the most famous music festivals in the country. Some musicians backed out because of the fear of being infected by the virus, but around ten thousand music enthusiasts gathered around the said music festival.

As per the organizers said to the interview, they sold more than seventy thousand tickets with a span of two days only. And as expected, performances were starring well-known artists such as Guns 'n Roses, Carlos Vive, Zoe and many more.

But Mexico is still very vigilant in protecting their fans against the virus. Upon entering the venue, all fans will be checked for fever and other possible symptoms, and they sprayed antibacterial gel into the air. But aside from this health protocol, people were still excited to join the festival and were not afraid to communicate and interact with other fans.

Some fans join the festival wearing masks to be cautious about the potential danger like Daniel Ramirez, who has asthma, and he is using antibacterial gel to sanitize himself throughout the event. He said that panicking is not necessary; they have to be well informed about the situation and read to know how dangerous the situation is but still in a passable stage.

But some fans were forced to join the festival because the tickets are not refundable so they have no choice but to join or it will be a waste of money if they will not. The tickets had a price of $228 or five thousand pesos for the two days celebration.

They felt disrespected by the organizers for not canceling the event and put people at risk for possible exposure to the virus. They can refund the tickets for at least half of the actual price if they want to.

Mexico had 41 cases of people who are infected with COVID19, which are being isolated and treated and also those people who traveled abroad or interacted with a person who is infected already. This report was from Hugo Lopez-Gatell, the deputy director of the Health Department of Mexico. And according to him, the country is just in phase one of a pandemic.
